Harry Hoopis - CEO, Hoopis Performance Network

Harry Hoopis is the CEO of the Hoopis Performance Network and Managing Partner of the Hoopis Financial Group in Chicago, Illinois. In 1977, Harry was appointed Managing Partner in Chicago at the age of 30 - the youngest appointment in Northwestern Mutual’s prestigious history. The Hoopis Financial Group experienced extraordinary growth over the next 30 years as the organization grew from 34 financial representatives to over 150 representatives with over $20 billion of face value life insurance in-force. Today, the Hoopis Financial Group is a comprehensive financial services firm that would rank in the top 8% of all insurance companies in the world, if it were a separate insurance company.

Harry has been awarded the Master Agency Award every year since its inception, Northwestern Mutual’s Robert Templin Award for contributions to management development, and was inducted in the GAMA International Management Hall of Fame. He is an active member of the LIMRA Research Agencies Group, the General Agents Symposium, Board of Trustees for the GAMA International Foundation and Past President of Northwestern Mutual’s General Agents Management Association as well as GAMA International. Harry is also principle author of The Essentials of Management Development, creator of the Firm Foundations seminar series, and developer of the Fixed Activity Commitment System.

Joey is a Principal & Chief Development Officer for the Hoopis Performance Network in Chicago. He has twenty years of experience in the financial services industry as a top producer, manager, entrepreneur and international speaker. As a Certified Trainer and Master Coach, he is considered the Executive Producer of Northwestern Mutual's Enduring Relationships program and the Hoopis University. He is also one of the principal authors and co-producers of the advanced sales training program, Factfinding DNA. Joey is co-author of the #1 best selling book, "The Power of Coaching: Engaging Excellence in Others." He is the executive producer of the award-winning Trustworthy Selling sales training program developed with LIMRA International and the recently launched Advanced Planning Channel. His web-based training programs have received top recognition including multiple Digital Media Innovators Awards and the ROI Institute's Top 10 Case Studies of 2012.

Joey is Immediate Past President of NAIFA Chicago and a graduate of NAIFA's Leadership in Life Institute. He also received the Young Advisors Team Leader of the Year and Jack E. Bob Award for Association Excellence in 2012. He is an international main platform speaker and his work has been featured in numerous industry publications.

He lives in Chicago with his wife Lyndy and their four year old son William. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing music.
