Bob has an extensive forty- year career spanning the areas of sales, marketing, management and business development across many industry segments. He is the architect of The Advanced Marketing Firm which is a Business Development System that enabled one industry organization to grow from $1 million in 1990 to over $48 million in GDC in 2010. He has conducted workshops for over 120 agencies that have implemented this system that is designed to grow production, improve recruiting and retention via sales teams.
Bob is considered the foremost expert on the sales team concept. He has personally worked with and coached more than 800 sales teams and managers from MetLife, Northwestern Mutual, Guardian, New England Financial, Securian, Principle Group and AXA. Through his work with Benchmark Consulting Services, he has also helped many organizations develop and implement Strategic Business Plans to optimize existing resources and provide a roadmap for success.
